Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes! They're the same price at the door. Buying online saves you some time when you get there. You can use cash or your credit card too.
What is a Monster Shield?
It's a glow necklace that goes around your neck. The monsters can't scare you and may even be repelled by you. It's for those that just can't handle a Haunted House. We only recommend it for scared children or scaredy-cat adults. Your entire group may be affected by this shield.
How old do you have to be to enter?
We recommend you be 10 or older but we know some small children can handle it. No infants or toddlers. You can drop a baby and toddlers are unpredictable. Screaming and terrified children will be asked to leave...with their parents.
Where are you located?
In Mexico, Missouri- actually in Vandiver Village- which is almost Mexico. Right behind Pro Auto Graphics. Just follow the signs. 2100 East Liberty.
How large can our group be?
We recommend groups of 4 for the best experience. We've let in large groups of 10 but they don't get the same scares and immersiveness. It's your money, we just want you to have a good time.
Is it Scary?
We've been ranked #2 "Must-See" Haunted House in Missouri and have gotten some rave reviews from our customers. We've been building Haunts for 15 years. We think we are...but that's a little bias.
How long does it take?
It usually takes about 25 minutes. If you hurry through it, it'll take less time. If you admire all of the work the monsters have put into this creepy place, you'll get your money's worth. Take your time. Have fun. No running!
Is there a safe word?
Yes. it's DR.PHOBIA. If at any time you feel that you need to leave for a medical emergency or you just can't take it anymore, let one of the monsters know. We have secret passages all over the place. We'll escort you out safely.
